Thinking, Auto Safety
I can drive the *devil* crazy when it comes to auto safety. I've noticed the auto colors lately. FEW have safety in mind.
Where I reside is nicely wooded in many areas. FEW of the autos on the roads have what I'd call safe colors. Think, if one runs off the road and into a tree line down twenty or thirty feet, one could drive by and never see the vehicle.
In 2000 I was celebrating near St. Pete Beach, FL and the entire time I was there was news of a missing NY Grandmom who was to be at the Tampa Airport to get her granddaughter. "Tillie" never arrived. After I returned home, in the evening news I heard "Tillie" had been found. Her vehicle had gone off the highway and down an embankment under trees.
A State road worker walking along the berm noticed something amiss. Yes it was "Tillie''. She kept alive by collecting rainwater! Her purse had fallen away from her in the accident so she could not use her cell/mobile phone.
Ladies....please secure your purse with your seatbelt in the loops or keep some kind of bag in your vehicle to hold your little purse with cell/mobile phone in the seatbelt. As long as your seatbelt holds, so does your purse. "Tillie's" seatbelt kept her body secure.
Safety first in many things. Yes, driving is a must for safety of others, you and most importantly, those who love you.
